Well, you can recall them. Spider, I think needs strategic placement altogether. But the recharge isn't a bad idea, but a flaw would be that both portals get destroyed and you only get one, or a portal is destroyed, you plant that recharged one, and a portal gets destroyed and you'd have to wait or you'rw dead.
