you can try to crossplay pc and console and see if that is quicker. It is slightly harder sometimes, but I can kinda hold my own in it and I am not a very good shot.

it did allow me to get a little bit better. Also you can use #lfg-requests or #find-teammates to try to squad up with someone. Sometimes playing duos and trios will get you in games quicker than solo queing

It is also a holiday weekend with today being good friday so people might not be as active right now.
