But now it takes 8 years to heal anyone and herself. They decided to make her less useful for lane peeking while still keeping her bottom tier as a healer

At that point just remove the healing all together and give me 5 of her scans

They need to probably add back some of the healing now

The issue with buffing her healing is that unlike pathogen which is 100 each heal and twice
