It can. Depends on the severity of the problem, it can take a long time. The devs have to apply a fix, test it on a live server environment, and if the fix didn’t work, apply another one or revert it, then test again.

I believe that the lancer specific ones stay up to a week if you get booted off the leaderboard, but as long as you're on the leaderboard it should stay. If you go into the name titles options on your profile there should be an info tab right above all the name titles giving you the information too
