if you want to win as a survivor in outbreak, the best cards just to win are 2 "gradually inscreases mov speed while sprinting (Acceleration)", 2 +5% move speed when charging a melee attack (Ready to Strike", 2 "charged melee distance +30%" (Extended Reach), gain +15% when under attack" (Emergency Evacuation), heal over time (Regenerative Therapy), and melee charge speed +20% (Quick Charge). The last slot is up to you but with this youre too fast to catch and if you can get the shield from being one of the last survivors you can charge melee the infected, with the right timing you can one shot most infected. I play this build with Pathojen because her Q will kickstart health regen when you step in it. Ive gotten 95 kills late game with this build from charged melee attacks, its super fun as long as you dont mind running around like a madman. I think my highest score was like 65k

I still had to play an infected twice because I got picked in the beginning of the round tho.
