Okay so #1 thing is you want to play Nadjia w/ Dauntless duelist on this fight. Wholly single target and because of all of the running in circles or down the lane it is quite hard to get good shade uptime, which is where the majority of Theotar's power is from

Few things to note:
A. For this fight especially, you’re going to want to run nadjia, sims assume 100% umbrella uptime (not in the sense that it’s our, but you’re always in there when it procs) which will almost certainly not be in the case here

In your opener, there is a really long delay between your flagellation and vendetta casts. Since MFD is off the gcd you can hit the two bleeds on back to back globals with no delay, the same thing happens in later CD sequences as well, just want to nail down your setup to be extra tight

B. Your garrote time is a little low, not a huge deal.
Some CP waste, not huge. You also missed at least a shiv, possibly two.
As shown here.
This could be down to mechanics happening, but just remember, shiv is meant to be sent.

the only time you want to hold it at all, if ever, is to line it up with the vendettas you cast with your vanish

also I'm sure you noticed that you didnt get cds inside of lust which is partially due to a slightly early lust and partially an extra long time between your casts of Vendetta

there was 1:14 between your last two casts when it should be around 1:07 at the very maximum if things have already gone horribly wrong

#

so def lost a lot of damage in that specific window

Nadjia pretty much goes for every raid encounter in sepulcher

there is so much movement you just don't get good uptime on shade and it hurts Theo's numbers pretty bad
