so I think we're seeing a pattern here now
it's basically every flag I look at has at least something wrong with it
so let's discuss cooldown usages
flag->finish->nado, dance+symbols+blades
^ lets understand what's going on here first
flag -> finish is just maximizing the amount of stacks and finishers we get into the flag, love that, fantastic, easy enough
nado-> then cds is making sure we don't waste gcds in our cooldowns while we cast tornado. Tornado is then our highest burst possible, so we want to pop everything before the storm hits so we can max that out and have our cds hitting for the majority of flag
so now lets go back and understand the mistakes

^ in this one we have symbols and dance into a flag, basically a wasted gcd, the flag isn't followed by a finisher, and the tornado is nowhere to be found until much later, when it clips out of the symbols

the fact that you're generating twice here means you're either in three target, and if you are, you should be using shadowstrike instead of storm, or you're in 4 target, in which case you should be finishing on 4. I should never see 2 storms back to back
this comes after a long stealth, so it's just an opener situation
that should be strike->slice and dice->dance->strike to 5, then flag evisc symbols
not flag, dance into a finsiher, slice later
this is what we want to see with tornado every time
sadly there is no flag anywhere here
and you should be casting flag and tornado together every minute
so I'm not sure what went wrong here
like here it's missing again
it should your full combo, then symbols 30 seconds later, full combo, symbols, over and over
it's a very repetitive cooldown usage

this for example is giga bad
this tornado has nothing
this ones even worse
try and look at them and see what should've happened instead
you also seem to just never cast tornado on bosses

aight it's been a while
very first flag I see is already pain
flag FINISH then tornado, then where the blades is, also pop symbols/dance
he stormed before hand
just didn't convert
better, but again, the symbols/dance between the tornado and the powder
uh oh we're losing it
no symbols/flag/dance in sight
in general though, much better
I'm not seeing a lot of big issues
we're still fucking up cooldowns
but it's a lot better
like this 10 minute interval here

5 tornados when I should see at least 9
8 flags
so we're not quite there yet
