ill do some general discussion first about gear/covenant.
You did choose to play venthyr, i think kyrian might be better.
For conduits, might be worth to run Pv instead of stiletto

well you only have 2p and no sylvanas dagger

esp. 2nd one will impact your log/output quite a bit

so just from gear there is a deficit you play against, if it comes to logging

so to summerize:
#1 use a dance macro to get rid of accidental backstabs
#2 always symbols-dance
#3 don't rupture in dance
#4 don't delay cooldowns if not needed

#

more gear will close the gap more
