used garrote inside of MA window instead of mutilating for cp efficiency
you want to flag -> rupture-> vendetta -> shiv -> vanish instead of mixing them all together
generally you want to sync pot, on use, berserking instead of staggering them
Make sure if you're playing venthyr that you use mfd during flag and on cd unless adds are coming soon, you didn't use your first mfd until 40ish secs unless that's a bug

mostly it looks to me like just get more familiar with your binds and get more comfy with the flow in general and you'll be fine

You can pre mfd but yhou have to do it at a specific time and it's not worth much anyways

I was a bit confused also during the nine when trying to multidot and refreshing garrotes

got messed up with the CD but i assume i should've refreshed the shortest one
