Shiv -> Vanish -> Mutilate -> Envenom -> Mutilate

the difference is so insignificant. but you should vanish a little sooner, you built up combo points, envenomed, built up again, THEN vanished

you should either shiv -> vanish OR shiv -> mut to 4 or 5 -> vanish

want to make sure you get your vanish back ASAP too though so shiv -> vanish -> mut is usually preferred

also for guardian the best talent build technically is Blindside and Deeper Strategem

for basically every other fight you should play EP+mfd though

do you not have a pandemic notification on your nameplates or in your UI somewhere?

if you're going to pool for shiv, you need to do it before it comes off CD

so like a few seconds before it comes off CD you need to start being aware of your energy, but don't ever let your bleeds fall off because you're pooling for shiv

it's more important for us to get as much shiv uptime as we can, rather than trying to fit envenoms inside of shiv

also, and maybe @lime talon can correct me if i'm wrong, i believe it would be better to cast your trinket as soon as you have SnD up on pull. mainly with lust on pull, you're not aiming to line it up with lust later in the fight. though this only would have netted you more damage output if the fight was around 4:30 minutes since you would've gotten an extra cast and more uptime etc
