basically, the issue is always the same. the issue in soundproofing isnt the headphones, its the microphones picking up the sound while you talk to your team
avoiding them to pick up words and using some noise gate software isnt that hard, but with constant droning or whistling noises in this case its very tough to get it right, especially when you dont know what itll be, if its vibrations from people jumping/drumming etc. or some other kind of "giveaway"
