Makes sense, just seems weird that the enemy team could be tipped off to sneaky Rosh plays or something by the crowd cheering. I know the POV from the booths from like True Sight you can still hear but it’s nothing too obvious past the headsets.

From a sound engineering standpoint, you can't guarantee noise suppression in an environment like that unless you have a booth. And even then there's major differences in quality

cause its expensive as fuck, and dota isnt a particularly sound-intensive game. theres software and some audio engineering tricks you can do to limit the amount of noise thats gets through the headphones or gets picked up by the player mics
the latter is usually the more problematic issue. no matter how much noise cancelling and masking you try to do, the mics are supposed to pick up noise from the players, and you cant avoid some of the noise from the crowd/casters to get picked up at the same time
