Is this based purely on the fact of the RTB effects or there is something that I am missing without realizing? Appreciate all the help and advices!

readling law logs is hard, but looking at it I'm seeing two things:
- don't hold on Blade Rush, it has higher prio than finishers and builders
- it seems like your APM is a bit low, which can accumulate a pretty heavy DPS loss as law

the other law has more casts on everything
Concerning raw damage you were missing the war buff so it's pretty huge damage loss
I don't see big mistakes other than the APM/uptime

If you want more guidance, a recording of your gameplay would help, it's easier to spot rotational mistakes in a recording than in logs

but maybe it is not that good then
