first thing to note, just from the start, easy stuff
radiant power sucks, whetstones suck too
should be using some sort of secondary stat enchant/oil
pacemaker is fine, lily kinda sucks in m+ though, would look to get that replaced with a raid trinket or a signet or something
now, rotationally
can't be doing this
ambush -> garrote -> rupture is fine, love that
but this garrote -> rupture spam makes no sense
you have bone spike, so you should be able to ambush -> garrote -> rupture -> rupture
and looking at your combo points, yeah
there's a lot of problems here
I'm going to back up to your opener
and go through it one by one, just like this cast sequence
this is basically the entire first pull
we rupture the shard with a big rupture, cool
but that garrote right after, you're fully overcapping all of those combo points
just wasted
then you proceed to cast multiple 3 combo point ruptures
lot of problems with that, least of which is that you're just not getting any value from your hero talent doing that
using any finisher with less than 5 combo points is horrible, because you're not getting damage from deathstalker's mark
that set of combo point issues kinda repeats
and it repeats because immediately after that, you deathmark + vanish and just start spreading more bleeds, when you definitely don't have to
the usual recommendation is using stealth garrotes on everything, putting up 5 ruptures (two casts) for scent of blood
and that's all you need
by the time you actually get to deathmark, you've already cast 4 ruptures, and you're about to cast another 3
all of those are simply casts that could have been envenoms
it's in fact double-bad, because once again you're ignoring the hero talent completely, not consuming darkest night, and not getting your mark consumed
the only way to consume darkest night (which you definitely should), is to envenom with max combo points
and while darkest night is active, you're instead casting 3cp ruptures
which is just huge
all of those are functionally wasted gcds
these inconsistencies just kinda follow you through the entire dungeon at this point, speedrunning through a couple pulls here
it's just 3cp ruptures again
here it's the opposite problem, we just don't use a finisher at all
that's garrote -> garrote -> ambush -> garrote -> fok -> fok -> deathmark -> shiv -> finally now we envenom

in that 10 second window right there, you managed to waste an insane 44 combo points
8 finishers worth of combo points just poof
on the first boss, the tank pulled in 2 extra mobs, that's great
but if it's the boss and 2 extra mobs
why are we casting 3 ruptures and 4 garrotes when they spread
and then two shivs here
but there's a cooldown window coming up
so your deathmark didn't do anything here
you didn't have vanish for the improved garrote on the boss, and no shivs for your deathmark
your deathmark window in single target is ALL your single target
you do nothing without it
same thing on the second boss, it's the boss + 2 adds
but it's vanish + potion + bleeding things multiple times
and then you get to your cooldowns 15 seconds later
and you have actually nothing
so your cooldowns do nothing
so you do nothing
your first pull just had some basics that need fixing regarding the sequencing and resource usage and stuff
but it feels like you just lose control of your rotation after 5-6 pulls and it all just falls apart
at this point 2/3rds through the dungeon, you're just kinda hitting things on cd as they come up with no thought or purpose anymore
and this is where it starts to really hurt
aoe pull, same sequence issues, whatever
we use a trinket, which is... kinda fine maybe, shiv cast, sure
this isn't inherently bad, but if you're about to cast cooldowns then you just used half your burst outside of it, which isn't ideal
and then 20 seconds later, there's the second shiv, not attached to a cooldown, deathmark with nothing
the vanish is a full minute desynced from your deathmark
you're not even casting improved garrote at this point, the trinket just kinda comes in
like at this point, it's just all over the place, nothing is lining up
mini boss at the end, you almost get it back together, the shiv is still just so far away from anything meaningful
but then we get to the end boss aaaaaaaaand
slamming on cd again
and again
and again
and again
and again
and we're back to just not stacking any cooldowns at all
so, short form, what needs to happen
- you have to manage your combo points better, no finishers with less than 5 combo points, the opener sequence is fairly rigid, no spamming generators and overcapping on a million combo points
- line up your cooldowns a little more. I'm not saying you should just sit on shiv for a minute waiting on charges, but you know you have a boss coming up, you know there's a mini boss in the next pull, so you can prepare for that. If you have something important to deathmark, you should be deathmarking it, using two shivs, using vanish to duplicate improved garrote onto that target (especially for bosses)
- in general, you are casting way too many bleeds. There are so many rupture casts throughout this dungeon that should've just been an envenom for caustic spatter
- you have to manage your hero talent better. Darkest night is always your #1 priority, regardless of whatever else is happening. If darkest night, you max combo points and cast envenom, nothing else. In the screenshot below, if you can ever see a box, you shouldn't be able to. that big block that starts at 5:00 for example? That's a darkest night that expired. Just a 30 second buff, and it never got consumed. We want all of these blocks to look like the ones around 12:00. Short, consumed quickly, back to cycling the deathstalker's mark

Do i have to use Ambush -> Garotte -> Rupture -> Rupture and then the "main" rota
Or do i have to Ambush -> Garotte (2-3 times? u said "using stealth garrotes on everything") and then -> Rupture -> Rupture -> main rota with evenom
Well if you ambush -> garrote now you’re at 6 combo points
So you would want to use a finisher
