In a nutshell - treat vanish as a 3 minute cooldown, use it at any point after your pre-cooldown spender and before you've used your cold blood envenoms

#

Any time in that window is good.

#

First naked kingsbane - shiv before kingsbane is wrong.

#

So your shivs should look like the following;

Deathmark window - shiv before deathmark, shiv when first shiv ends. You did this correctly in your first cooldown set so you're good on that front.

Solo kingsbane window - shiv the last 8 seconds of kingsbane, only send one shiv.

So, we get onto the netherprism

#

As fatebound, as a rule of thumb, bind it to vanish, vanish before your deathmark, that way you're using it at full stacks.

This is relatively minor but its like... 0.6% overall, and also makes sure you use your vanish.

I cannot reiterate that enough, use your vanish. Vanish good.

One again, scuffed solo kingsbane, not gonna labour that point but, yeah. Easy fix there.

Shiv -> deathmark -> kingsbane (Or in this case shiv -> vanish with trinket macroed for netherprism -> kingsbane)

Your second pot got used... without cooldowns. You had like 2 minutes left of the fight at that point.

Minor but, things add up.

#

6 minute deathmark cooldown got scuffed by you sending 2 shivs on the previous kingsbane. Practice your shiv timings.

Shiv good.

OKAY - SO - your main points are your cooldown windows. We're a bursty class - there's three main takeaways from this -

Vanish - vanish in cooldown windows is good. See the screenshot from Moroes I posted.
Netherprism usage - for fatebound macro it to vanish. Then it ties into point 1. With it macroed, vanish before your deathmark.
Shiv timings - as mentioned before.

Other than that the log doesn't look too bad.

You had a fair bit of tangle damage which won't have helped the log and your kill time was slow overall, but sometimes those things can't be helped.

But hopefully that gives you something to work on.

We do a decent chunk of our damage in cooldown windows, so scuffing them isn't the best overall. And any time!
