I'm seeing a common theme in all of your dances
sub lives and dies by how many on-GCD abilities you get in per dance and if you're losing precious seconds of damage while the GCD is not going then you are leaving huge chunks of damage on the table

even if you're not doing the optimization of using backstab as your first generator (1), see how nice and tight those on-GCD abilities are?
coup de grace has a 1.2 second GCD so it would be unfair to try and get it closer to ~1.000 seconds like your eviscerates are but tl;dr you need to clean up your opener window because you're leaving huge chunks of damage on the table

correct. no one's a robot and latency exists but you should be striving to get as many globals as you literally can during dance
example of a trash pack where you had CDs
some nice very tight GCDs at the end and also flag
but those 3 GCDs in the middle cost an extra 3 GCDs that you're not getting damage of
that is the backstab/tea/dance macro

I think you'll get the biggest dps gains from working on your dances
There's also your secondaries, which certainly will play a role in increasing damage. Sub is way pickier than Assassination, which usually prioritizes ilvl over a particular mix of secondaries. Sub is Mastery>=Vers>Crit>Haste. My rogue is also 712ilvl
