Running a 2min by itself for a 1:30 class is pretty bad

On your opener you spend 2 globals backstabbing and refreshing rupture before 2nd dance. You almost pushed your CB sectech out of blades with this. Just dance again immediately when first ends

Refresh rupture later its not necessary at all there

The shadow strike at 8s should also be a shuriken storm, you’re losing a guaranteed unseen blade from sectech by striking between the 2 coups

You do it again on second Flag/blades. 3 globals in between dances.

There’s also a pretty significant gap between your Dance and backstab on some of these(almost a full second) which means you’re only getting 7 globals in the dance when you really want all 8(edit: I looked further ahead and this doesn’t happen TOO often but it happens on your 2nd flag burst window for sure)

And yeah as frontier said forge kinda sucks for Subt unless you also run prism. Consider farming a lily until you can get prism.

You just always want to storm in between the 2 coup casts IF you’re in shadow blades(or aoe). In this case you definitely lost one because sectech gives 2 guaranteed and this was your 2nd strike after sectech. But even when it doesn’t line up that way it’s safer to storm once there

The pack I use (zacs from the outlaw channel) has an icon that tracks coup with small squares for escalating blade stacks and unseen blade stacks, it's pretty useful for reminding me when I want to storm
