I am Kissmedaddy. I am really struggling on Rogue seemingly, this is my first attempt at this class after years of warrior/paladin

this will be your main issue

you have 5 vanish casts where you didn't have adrenaline rush up

#

one of the most important outlaw rules is to only vanish if adrenaline rush is up

#

this is because the talent underhanded upper hand pauses adrenaline rush from ticking down while you are in subterfuge (which is triggered for 6 seconds after you vanish)

#

which explains more on optimal vanish usage for fatebound outlaw specifically

#

the above rule of never vanish without adr up (or ready) is more important than the pin though

#

probably not worth doing any deeper analysis of the log, best to start working on vanish usage I think

and maybe try to do the aligning of vanish and ghostly strike mentioned in the pin

it depends on how advanced you want the rotation to be

#

but for the simplest possible rotation the only requirement for vanish is that you have the adrenaline rush buff up. Then you can use ADR to refill combo points, extra good during crackshot windows

#

but for fatebound specifically there is interaction between using adrenaline rush and the hero tree

#

when you use adr you flip a coin via the hero talent Edge Case

#

this coin will always be both heads and tails at the same time

#

then there is another hero talent called Double Jeopardy, that makes the first flip after breaking stealth flip two coins instead of one and they will be same (heads or tails)

#

and then we have the tier set on top of this as well

#

meaning that if you as your first flip after breaking stealth (before you use any finisher) use adrenaline rush, you get 3 of each coin

#

the same applies for ghostly strike due to the tier set

so ideally if you have GS, vanish and ADR available you send all three at once with a macro

lets say adrenaline rush buff only has 2 seconds left

and adr cd has 1 min left or something

#

if you vanish you extend the adr by 6 seconds basically, and due to cdr you can maybe farm back the adr cd in that time

#

try a bit on dummies and see if you can catch these types of situations

#

maybe just start by making sure you always have adr up before you vanish tho, that's makes a huge difference for adr uptime

#

and this spec feels like ass without adrenaline rush up

the cool thing though is that everything you do helps keep it up

using resources efficiently so you get a lot of cdr

use the right builders, finish at the right amount of CP etc
