im more or less following the rtb rules for this build and am sending it whenever i should based on that
i held AR late p1 however
due to the 10s stun
i honestly dont know at this time what qualifies as good rolls

i took last boss from cinderbrew 17 of mine but i was playing kir
so ur problem might be bad rolls + low gear

yea i dont have the haste for kir atm and found hor to be orders of magnitude easier 
but this low st was a bit

for rtb, you should be rolling over 2 buffs
this build is constantly rolling unless you have 3+ buffs active
you keep rolling 2 buffs and then sitting on them
i think you are prioritizing coup de grace over killing spree

well rookery is the worst dungeon for ks
but you had 132 dispatches and 67 ks
They should actually be the same/similar casts
i think you are prioritizing coup de grace over killing spree
i think sometimes after a vanish window, stealth has ended already, but you hit a final bte
Instead of ks
your total ambush casts compared to SS seems kind of low
but could be a product of the AR uptime
you have a couple vanish casts while coup is ready, so coup should have priority, unless you will lose AR in a global
and a couple vanish casts while AR isn't active
vanishing outside of AR is rarely ever worth it
you lose 2 stealth globals, and you screw your future ARs as they will have less vanishes inside them on average
