#iduos. - Log Review

in this fight u only vanish once the entire fight which is gunna mean 0 damage
during vanish u can press between the eyes without incurring a cooldown, and it will also send a free dispatch when u do it
so the whole rotation is set up around pressing as many between the eyes during vanish windows as possible
and you are pressing ambush with the kir build which u shouldnt be doing
i would reccomend taking another look at the faq and trying the hidden opportunity (ho) build as its more begginer friendlyt
@earnest bolt
they already had a log review and this kill was weeks ago
already talked about vanish
sorry you dont have context
oops
I'm looking at your vexie kill and already you missed like 12 globals from delays
from what though? this boss doesnt do anything to make you lose uptime unless you jump in a bike
I jumped onto a bike twice to help with the raid and went after the adds.
But not in the first 15 seconds of the fight
if you kill bikes then you just like, grapple over to one and back
i think besides the rotation you have to get used to keeping uptime as melee
you should never press dispatch during vanish/subterfuge windows only between the eyes
How do I do that?
You have to be aware that you shouldn't be out of range and lose a single GCD unless you absolutely have to
have to use grapple/sprint (very low cooldowns) to always stay on something
So I shouldn't use Dispatch at ALL during Vanish/Subtrefuge, keep AR off of cooldown as much as possible, etc?
Yes Between the Eyes has priority during stealth
also on this boss you can Evasion the slam thing so you dont have to leave melee range
Didn't know I could do that.
playing dps in this game is a matter of 'uptime'
any time spent not hitting the boss is damage left on the table etc
outlaw more than most
Ye outlaw has to keep uptime so it can keep spending combo points which lowers our cooldowns
for example in a similar kill timer to one of ur more recent vexie kills, another player cast 76 between the eyes compared to your 12
But missing gcds is worse than any rotation error in general
Oh God. So I have to really pay attention to what I'm doing with my abilities on top of the boss itself.
it can be a bit of a mental overload when trying to push it to the max when not used to it
but once u get into the mindset its fun to push the limit of what u can achieve
Doesn't help that outlaw is the zoomer spec lol
Like out of them all
outlaw is most hyperactive
target dummies are your friend aswell
And my ass is on the spectrum and I THINK (Not going to claim it actually does currently because I forget if I do or don't.) has ADHD. Did I just pick the worst spec for my brain this season?
the more comfy u get with the rotation, the more brainpower u can commit to the boss mechanics
should look something like this
dont press dispatch inbetween between the eyes casts
that is just representation of an effect of between the eyes
You dont use dispatch in stealth
he's saying that, in the example casts timeline, it looks like dispatch is casted but it's not really
just those dispatches are automatically casted by the crackshot talent
ya not the clearest by me xd
So don't touch Dispatch during Stealth, use BTE and Vanish when off cooldown to gain several charges of BTE. What else?
And I got kicked today...
