Most of the difference is coming from improper utilization of envenom and uptime of rupture/garrote. All of the issues with rupture and garrote uptime would have been solved by correct utilization of envenom. Out of your 41 casts of envenom were wrong, meaning you either casted them in rupture pandemic window or your casted them with <4 combo points or both

you need to just get this in your head and envenom is easy
IF CP >= 4 and RUPTURE IS IN PANDEMIC WINDOW = false THEN CAST ENVENOM
IF CP >= 4 and RUPTURE IS IN PANDEMIC WINDOW = true THEN CAST RUPTURE
IF IMP GARROTE DURATION > 1 - dont cast garrote
acceptable to let it run out for 1 or 2 gcds
but ideally you refresh as it expires

- garrote is empowered, it has the cyan border around it, don't overwrite it!
- kingsbane timer on the top with an indicator on when to use the (second) shiv
- deathstalkers mark stack on the on the top right, it will change to darkest night to indicate that you should use a 7+ cp finisher
