On a 4:30 fight obviously you'd want to fit an extra deathmark in, so 0:00, 2:00, 4:00 but in a 4 minute fight you can deathmark at 0:00 and 3:00 and get huge execute damage on the second one

This sequence here at 2 minues kinda messes up your flow, it might be the run-out phase? I just cloak that and stay in for damage

Casting deathmark as soon as you come in without envenom or refreshing dots can mess up your burst window too -- ideally you'd have refreshed all dots and envenom and then deathmark shiv kingsbane

Yeah missing the cloak there right before deathmark kinda puts you behind on your maintenance buffs and dots, and is a pretty big dps loss too if you're trying to parse
