ramps twice as fast

more stacks of this = more damage

is that it's 40 energy, for 23% attack power, and 1 combo point

mutilate with all the talents is 60 energy

for I think like 240%? attack power

and 2 combo points

and a double hit so more seal fate

so you're spending slightly less energy to do legit 1/10th the damage and generate half the combo points

and that's just so giga inefficient
