i see after the first ss that opportunity is active through all of this

so at 0:06s, you were at 1cp, opportunity is active, but you didnt press opportunity, you pressed ss twice

the builder priority is essentially this:

  1. if broadside is active, consume opportunity at 1cp or at max stacks
  2. if broadside is not active, consume opportunity when between 1-3cp or max stacks
  3. sinister strike if you dont meet either of these rules to press opportunity
