Just looking at the Skarmorak kill because I've got a few minutes:
Wasted vanish (no BTE's cast)

Ghostly Strike casts seem way to spaced out. Looking at my own logs I typically get one out every 15-25 seconds

Also looks like you held on to one RTB buff while you had Loaded Dice. Should've rerolled.

Blade Flurry dropped off midway through the fight. Should've probably left that up so the boss would get some cleave damage when you focused adds
