a couple serious issues
you are spending combo points way too early
we spend combo points at 6 or more outside of stealth windows and 5 or more during stealth windows
should never use finishers at 4cp or lower
you are accidentally using finishers at 1cp a lot
like double casting dispatch
this destroys your damage
another thing is roll the bones usage, this is explained in the #outlaw-faq
outlaw uses the tier set + loaded dice to guarantee 3 buffs from roll the bones
you are suppose to prepull with roll the bones and then adrenaline rush, not the other way around
if you AR into RTB then you are stuck with 2 buffs unable to roll into 3 when RTB comes off cooldown
in the opener you can ghostly strike immediately
also roll the bones should be before the pull begins
there are a lot of regular pistol shots used without the proc

Yep I press a lot my keyboard so sometimes it double cast something xD I will pay attention to not do that again
And I watched some logs from rank 1 in Volco and they have like twice my BTE's cast, and almost 99 or 100% uptime AR, how can I improve that ?
Do you think is this main reason of my low dps ?

yes, you have to properly use roll the bones and follow the builder priorities
in order to keep adrenaline rush active, keep vanish cooldown low, and fit more globals into stealth windows
because of the Restless Blades passive, every part of the rotation affects the average cooldown on vanish etc.

I just did HoI +10 and I would like you to see if my gameplay is correct or not,
Sadly shades affix fucked up a lot of my uptime like subterfuge you know, I don't how to manage this, if you have tips for shades I take it !
