BtE damage should be like 4% ahead of dispatch

u should do this before the key

#

if you can't do it before the key then use RTB > ADR instead of ADR > RTB

#

because you want your 2nd roll to have loaded dice

#

cause that's the roll that gets tier set so you guarantee 3 buffs

#

this is very important for kir so you can get a CTO proc asap for 4 buffs and then press kir

You never got 4 buffs and then awkwardly hit the first kir early

yes, you need CTO to proc once, after you guarantee 3 buffs
