you can finish at 5cp in stealth

I'm seeing lots of moments where vanish is off cooldown but Between the eyes is not

so then you have to delay vanish until BtE is ready

#

this is the biggest mistake outlaw can make right now

only cast BtE outside of stealth if Vanish cooldown is over 45s

(and if Dance cooldown is >12s or so)

this ensures BtE is ready for when Vanish/Dance are up

it's during subterfuge/dance

just helps you get more Crackshots on average

you're right that using Vanish > BtE at 5cp is not really helping you

it's just after subterfuge is active that the 5cp rule kicks in
