Hello guys, wondering if anyone could check this fight in Mythic Kazzara. I feel like I'm always doing low damage, not sure if it's a stat or rotation issue. I always get a lot of downtime even though I try to always be casting something, even pistol shot when out of range. In this fight, as many other, I got downtime due to lava pools and ray of anguish mechanics (had to drew the ray into a far pool). When doing mechanics I struggle in getting back to "High DPS" and I usually stay low (i.e. I get down from 120k to 90k and stay there constant). Any advice for this noob outlaw player?
Not sure if playing almost with 100 ms ping could be affecting since this is a fast paced spec that have to react quickly

Yeah you got nearly 18% downtime, thats mostly whats obliterating your dps
Other than that i don't see huge mistakes that would justify this dps with your gear
Getting tusks or forgestorm would give you a good st dps increase probably but eh farming them this late in the patch
