it was being used a lot earlier in the patch, i think maybe they did some bugfixes that improved Dark Brew in the .1.5 patch but i forget the exact timeline

ah, thatll probably be because you pressed it mid-GCD

so the SD (off-GCD) can be cast but the gloomblade wont

but anything wrong with your shadow dances will be far more important than worrying about recrafting stats etc

2nd dance on pull 19 has a different issue

instead of that 2nd shadowstrike it should just be GB > evi > SS > sectec

#

you dont really need to think about it with the TFD sequence, cause you always do GB>evi first, you have premeditation up for your shadowstrike so youll always gets enough combo points to sectec straight after

#

with this talent build on ST you actually can just always do:
Dance->Gloomblade->Evisc->Strike->SecTec->Strike->Evi and its always fine

i checked pull 19 dances properly and only 4 of your 12 shadow dances look like good spell casts to me, I dont know exactly how much damage its losing you but im gunna guess this is by far the biggest thing you can improve easily

they should always start with dance -> gloomblade -> evi ->

then for pure ST you do strike -> sectec -> etc

and i guess with adds up you can storm -> sectec -> strike -> evi instead which it looks like you were trying to do on some of the dances to get Find Weakness up on everything before SecTec

ahaha yeah im new rogue so i forget it changed

someone might come in with other suggestions but id try and get all your shadow dances right first and then see how your damage is looking before i worried about other stuff

#

also you can put at 6:10 so it covers your shadow blades at ~6:20->6:40 before boss flies off

#

2nd pot is always important too

#

very easy gain

#

macro it to shadow blades if thats too much to worry about, you'll lose 10 seconds of the pot but better than not using it

I need to look at how often gloomblade isn’t going off because of the macro. Because I feel like my intent in the dance is just as you described.

this is how i checked your casts during shadow dance

then just go to casts and select yourself and Events and you can see what you were casting on each dance easily

CD timings are fine, if you fix shadow dances and use 2nd pot that should be most of what youre losing

#

you have high combo point wastage from Seal Fate, not 100% sure why but im guessing a lot of it is from the incorrect shadowstrikes at high combo points in some of your shadow dances

#

didnt really look in depth at your general rotation since shadow dances are so important

#

also just from a learning perspective id strongly reccomended picking the biggest/easiest to fix issue and working on that before worrying about smaller things

and doing wrong shadow dances is a huge one for subt

only huge thing that I didnt check for is downtime, if you're having periods of time where youre out of range of your target then thats a big problem too

on sark there shouldnt really be any downtime except for intermissions and cosmic ascension in P3 (and running out with dispel p2 or hurtling barrage p3)
