you have CBs horribly desynced from sectech, you can just macro them together and never think about it again; you have a couple of instances of secteching Before your dance
yeah I'd recomend reviewing the guides/FAQ and getting those rotations down.

Should I always try to use TT before a Dance for the extra mastery?

you can send it with your SecTEc on the first dane to get it on cooldown, but from there you want to use it as you start to choke on energy. Energy wasted should be close to 0
as fight times shorten, you can use the charges more aggressively for the mastery bonus, in which case you'd want to send them in dance with your sectecs
Thats basially all feel tho i wouldnt worry to much about it.
Just dont cap charges, and send to keep from having to pool

also, sometimes just do to the reductions CB and SecTech get a bit out of sync. I'm assuming always hold one for the other?

Yea, where is got all messed up in that log...I found I didn't put the macro on my stealth bar, only my out of stealth bar
