Hey,
Before looking at cast sequence and interesting stuff, just wanna let you know, your kill time is very fast (5min53) and it seems like ppl parsing on sark heroic are all on a longer kill time (probably cause they boosting while doing so). Your time is already not very good with flag cause you would have had 1 extra flag cast 10sec after your kill time but considering how Sarka works, with constant adds coming in P2-3, a longer fight would only mean more pad damage for logs I assume.
Keep I mind this is quick speculation I might be wrong on this take cause I haven't raid since end of progress so haven't been parsing myself yet this tier.
Talent wise, i see you only play 1/2 deeper dagger, which is an outdated build, you should take out inev in favor of blackpower, not deeper daggers. Also you might wanna consider dark brew build for easier use but parsing wise, most ppl still play flag anyway (doesnt mean its better on this fight tbh)
Looking at your cast sequence, I see you cast anvil after flag during opener, never played this trinket but I see no reason to not cast it before it (right after your first shadowstrike).
Looking at tea usage. You guys dont bloodlust (might not help parsing wise too, idk) at pull so I expected more tea usage in the first minutes but you clearly wasted too much energy on it. If you look at the screen, you casted 4 times tea in the first 1m10 of the fight. First cast during opener should be an energy waste of ~100 so I'm gonna exclude this one but you still lost 60 energy from those 3 casts, which should be avoidable for sure.
I don't get that sequence of double rupture. You're not playing finality, and even if you were, this would have not be optimal either way
yea i assume most of your energy waste from tea came from this screen below. We dont tea with dance in single target, unless capped on charge (which you were not here).
tea is better used to spam gloomblade outside of dance£
Also this dance is very misplayed in other ways. First you go rupture into dance evis ? a gloomblade is missing here. Then you follow it by strike (with premed buff) + gloomblade before sectec ? Thats also a huge loss of combo point. Idk if this is an ocasional misplay or you're not understanding while we press these buttons in dance (quick answer : you might overthink Danse macabre). Feel free to ask ppl in sub channel if in doubt ofc but I assume you already know it.
Also, you should macro cold blood with sectec to make ur life easier

Thats pretty much it for rotation in depth. There should probably be more stuff in order to improvre solely parsing in this heroic boss, but this shouldnt be a goal in any way (heroic parsing is considered a joke mostly). Also, I did talk a lot about parse here, this imply you're doing a lot of good stuff already, so dont be annoyed cause you're only parsing blue in this kill, doesnt mean much !
I hope this stuff will be useful to you @quick pilot in some ways !
Also, mythic log and maybe single target logs would be more interesting to analyse in the future (even first mythic boss)

this was when i was in the realm before p2, so the anvil comes just off cd while in the realm so i just cast it to get my 3rd stack (i think its 3rd), most of the dps comes from the passive, so I just used it to get the stack.

if you really intent on parsing on sark heroic, you would probably delay your second flag to adds timings, in order to pad on adds
and yeah as I said earlier, fight is longer, so they squeeze an extra flag on adds, and p3 lasts forever is perma adds being alive so they spam blackpowder for a while

For kaz, since its single target its the opposite. The shortest the fight will be, the higher dps youll get. Best logs are killing in 3min30~ average.
Also, once again, ur fight timer is not very flag friendly, it does not help !
Fight is also very short, anvil not very good on shorts fights either. Having mythic beacon is huge with such timer, 7.5% dps and 4.8% dps is huge

also, on this specific boss
you should be able to do mechanics
without leaving the boss range
its a shit fight
but I guess depends on ur guild etc
parsing is not ur priority if ur guild is struggling on bosses ofc
