The first dance its the talend which gives you combo points when pressing shadowdance

you try to use dances on low combo points into glooblade evis so you dont waste the premed buff on the shadowstrike

not the 100 stacks are from lingering shadow which only buffs your gloomblade (thats why gloomblade is alot stronger) for dmg you use vanish inside of shadowdance

I found it easier for me to macro Dance with Gloomblade when I use first dance, since you always want to gloomblade at right after dance
