Your shadowdance rotation is wrong. Should be following this picture each one
With thistle tea usage, should only use one in the opener then only use it when you can gain 100+ energy from it. You have 167 wasted energy from tea (Should be only 100 due to the opener tea).
You'll improve your damage the most from getting the shadow dance rotation correct throughout the fight. Wasting premed on the first gcd while using the first dance talent.
