I just take the Rashok kill as an example:
1 . you played an aoe spec to an st boss
2. Your dances seems a little bit odd, in the 2nd dance window you use "Shadowstrike -> Shuriken-> SecTec->Gloonblade-> Shadowstrike -> Gloomblade- >Evis
Its wrong the normal setup without first dance is like: Strike -> Evis- Strike-> ST-Strike-Evis-Strike-Evis
(When you land below 5 CPs before ST you can fit 1 gloomblade in)
First thing for you to work on is to get the dance window right and to choose the right talents for the encounters
