I'm doing really good dps in AoE raid boss and mythic dungeons; however, my ST dps and parse is really low and I don't know why tho
I've been trying to improve it, but I don't know where is the main mistake at

You died in that log so went looking for another and found heroic rashok
Outlaw relies very heavily on flat damage procs this tier, we have nothing season 2 crafted, and our trinkets and weapons need a lot of work.
We are running wound poison (from assault?), Make sure to double check your poisons on ready check.
A quick plug into wowanalyzer:
Looking at the core rotation red cells and we can see that we fail to press BtE as our highest value spender (gsw crying).
You also have the habit of spending CPs below our 6 CP minimum. Personally would recommend throwing an audio queue when you hit 6+ CPs so you don't need to wait for your CP bar to update visually before you know if you need to spend or generate.
Other big error of note is munching opportunity procs...

Greenskin wickers, far right bottom talent, when you press bte your next pistol shot does more damage so bte is used to get the gsw buff up and the bte debuff on the enemy meaning as soon as one is missing you press bte

U achieve that by using ambush, oppo procs, vanish and dance correctly pretty much, sometimes its just unlucky and u have to

Yeah bc of gsw, usually from bte cast to getting it back u consume your gsw buff/it runs out anyway, so on cd is the same as saying for either of the 2 buffs/debuffs

Whenever I use bte
After that it will give gsw buff
Which is 200% pistol damage I assume
Then whenever I used that
I gotta use btw on cd

Use finishers at 6 or 7 cps only
Bte for debuff on target and gsw buff on you
In your normal gameplay you consume the gsw buff by pressing pistol shot
So whenever bte is ready again and you dont have the gsw buff up or the bte debuff on the target you press it again
