It's day and night difference between doing tricep first thing and doing it after chest
You can play around with volume and intensity
Since I've started going to the gym very early in the morning and basically have to wrap everything up in an hour
I focus on fewer, more intense sets
I can't go home knowing I didnt push
You'd be surprised how fucked you can get with ~3/4 sets total
if you go to failiure with appropriate intensity and/or do Myo reps
Ok chest I can do that, I've cut down on sets and it's fine but on back unless I do a lot of sets it feels like I didn't do back
And yes I do until failure not 10 reps of chilling
Have you trained with Myo reps? It's been a game changer for me for some exercises
I also tried chest and shoulder in the same day, my shoulder strength plummeted
understandable - partly why i changed my split to my new one

my arms tend to recover pretty fast, so i hit them more with the new one
while legs can take forever to recover
