I do it a few diff ways depending on what I’m making
The simplest is garlic salt pepper onyo
But you can do like cardamom clove cinnamon star anise bay leaf caraway turmeric garlic onyo pepper salt
Or a pilaf with chicken stock and stuff like mushrooms onions or caramelized carrots + golden raisins rice is very versatile
