Then you start very light work on the muscle and ice it when your done and have to be careful as it’s cold until it warms back up usually took you an hour

Rest and ice are good you just can’t only do that you have to work the muscle back up to strength

Movements just get smaller to build the strength back up from injury
I keep aggravating it at volleyball going for bumps and shit

You start with stretching and range of motion then move on to strengthening
