3 of which have lifting platforms it's great. No one gives a fuck if you do rows in the rack
Even though you're "not supposed to"

I just don’t go during peak hours so there’s always multiple available
I can curl I can do w/e the fuck I want 
Only issue I have with my gym. Way too much space is taken up by cardio stuff and warm up area. Plus one for the areas is technically for trainers only. Which you can use only if they're not in sessionn
The free weight area is tiny so it's a PITA to go at peak hours
Also theres only 1 calf raise machine so good fucking luck if its busy and you gotta do calves

Ye we have like 8 racks or smth, 5 benches by the db’s and then an entire machine area/ cable area/bench, incline n all area

I legit started laughing when this guy (never worked out before, tiny dude who just wanted to get a bit more fit) got recommended THAT SPLIT
No
RIR = Reps in reserve, RPE = Rate of perceived exertion, p much they're opposites of eachother right
So any given set can be rated on these scales
From 0-10
RPE 10 = you went to failure
RIR 10 = you had ATLEAST 10 more reps
Either way, for optimal training you want to be close to failure, at about RPE 8+
Meaning at max you could've cranked out another rep or two, recent studies also showed that for hypertrophy more so than strength, actually going to muscular failure matters even more than people thought before
The last reps in a set, the actually hard ones, those are the ones that actually yield results
The earlier ones, they're not as valuable. Doing a bunch of high volume shit work that doesn't actually push you, doesn't yield actual gains it just gives you more fatigue e.g junk volume

You doing a bunch of extra sets just means your sets arent high intensity enough
And doing those sets is just causing you to fatigue both your muscles and your CNS
Which is why we always go to failure

Going to failure in lower rep ranges (depending on movement ofc, but a lot of compounds should be just like 5-8 but that comes down to programming, strength vs hypertrophy and what your goals are)

And training that brachialis mofo is a really really good way of getting visibly bigger biceps

Since it pushes the bicep outwards and makes it look bigger
Same logic as adductors and your quads
