I do 2 top sets 3 max depending on movement
And keep it at ~7-9 on most movements, some lower (dl as an example) and some higher (calves, tris as an example)
But I try to get that shit to failure each set
we stop at failure

I do like 15 reps on standing calf raise tho bec high reps works a lot better bec of the fibertype that the calves are
