I am neither a mythic raider nor a professional but I can see some big errors right off the bat
looking at council log
On your opener you cast SND but not BtE
Your first finisher should be BtE, then SND after
after the coldblood dispatch, looks like you didn't have any procs, so you used sinister strike.. however that should not happen so soon, you could have vanished for an ambush or 2 to restart the loop, and if the vanish still didn't do it for you, you could have dance after
Grieftorch also not used early enough, first used at 0:53 seconds, unless you had used it in the pull countdown? and it got reset and this was 2nd use?
Your first BtE was :43 seconds in so in that time you probably could have used it 2-3 times
You used dance only after a long streak of sinsiter strikes, and before using vanish
you should fish for procs first with vanish, then with dance when vanish is on CD. It's important to use vanish as soon as you run out of procs because it has a good chance of getting you back in a feedback loop and the CDR on finishers makes it come back really fast

well, BtE first, SND right after, and hopefully never again but yeah, maintain SND is high prio but BtE is first prio
so usually opener is adr/rtb in stealth, pot, ambush, BtE, pistol shot, SND, ambush CB Dispatch (with your build), then continue as normal. The second oyu don't proc audacity (free ambush), you vanish, amnbush etc

well then you just BtE when it is about to drop
but yeah you want it on your target at all times, so in the opener and then maintain it

Anyway I have to go sleep, just thought I'd see if I found any big errors. Work on the stuff I mentioned and your DPS shold improve quite a lot. Not using Vanish/Dance enough will tank your DPS a lot

honestly the FAQ pretty much says it all
I am not a mythic raider nor an orange parser, could be my age, my 20fps in raid, or whatever, but I studied the theory in the FAQ
and I had some logs reviewed with many of the same errors as you
so yeah, those are the big things to work on. Using vanish/dance as often as necessary, maximize trinket usage, and make sure BtE and SND are always u^p
if you can, record your raid next time, solo and zac (green names in the channel) prefer reviewing vods
they will help you further
