I think your biggest problem is playing an AOE build for Terros. You should swap to a ST build without BF Talents and with CTO. Which one exactly is personal pref for the most part, i can send you a screenshot of the talents i personally run at terros. Your general rotation seems to be fine, but I can only guess youre low on energy for a majority of the fight because of your talents. You didnt press blade rush for the first half of the fight

I don't think that's particularly causing the discrepancy he's describing. When you sim yourself vs ST, what are you getting? @slender vessel

i would play the same as shown above but you can exchange ghostly strike for blade rush if you feel too energy starved the difference isn't huge afaik
