So in this case you should have immediately used vanish ambush
This build wants to press ambush as much as possible, and fan the hammer to keep proccing ambush

it looks like you press sinister strike while fan the hammer is active a lot
Fan the hammer is so important to proc ambush you should hit pistol shot immediately
As long as you are below 6cp and cant already use ambush
from the ambush proc or dance/subterfuge
well, you are not using the count the odds talent, which means you can press pistol shot at 6 fan the hammer stacks in dance/subterfuge

I switched GSW to CTO because I heard it was simming the same, but can be better

You may like this better than greenskins
the damage is similar but you dont have to press between the eyes on cooldown
which is a huge quality of life imo
without greenskins you only use BtE to maintain the debuff
Which means it is way more likely to be off cooldown to be used on a new target
and staying on a target marked by BtE is a considerable part of your dps
