rtb buffs are very consistently not getting rerolled

not sure if the discussion here is for bugs new to this patch, but at least previously any CTO buff that had higher current duration than your 'true' RTB buff would be kept on reroll

same applied for KiR which overwrote your 'true' RTB buff

hm i did just get an overwrite that was kinda weird though

this is exactly what the thread is investigating. for some reason, its possible with cto to have buffs not being rolled away even though their duration is not exceeding the rtb container

but yea, if anything knowing how it works and being able to replicate would be a dps gain (depending on actual conditions, atleast does not seem like we are losing anything from the bug existing)

nope, also havent had the time to get back to the dummy.
but you can post a clip or relevant frameshots similar to the other sequences
