Guys, can you please check 1 of my logs and point me out, what's the biggest problem? I'm a bit confused... It's yesterday's Heroic Kurog and i know there was couple of mistakes, but overall I thought that it was a good fight. But logs shows that it's really poor. Of course there were some downtime due to transition of the Boss and due to running away from raid with flaming, but i don't get it, what's the main problem?

Well first thing I can say is that there shouldn't be for heroic Kurog
There is 0 reason to leave melee range unless you get marked by the lightning crash thing and your group has a specific setup for where you should go with it
It sure how impactful it is but recommended to run dagger in offhand
this is not about dps, but talents do basically nothing on this fight
well, you can stick one of them in cold blood and gain some margin dmg
for outlaw dagger offhand means very little
Dagger is just 0.2% better than a slow offhand through some more instant poison procs
rotationally, the first thing i see is you never pressed shadow dance
i found them helpfull in the rest of the raid though 🙂 But you are right of course, no need for them in this fight
I think it is unusual to not use atrophic poison for any encounter
You used gouge 1 time in the whole night, there is nothing to use it on in the raid
yeah, it was only on Dathea's platform
Overall, atrophic over mind numbing @gloomy siren ?
for raid yes
numbing poison is about reducing tank damage in keys
some still use atrophic in keys
but anyway there's a lot of things that stick out to me @worldly grail
you need to pay more attention to your builder priorities, you are often pressing sinister strike while Audacity or Fan the Hammer are already active, this build will never do that
If Audacity is active then your highest priority generator is Ambush even if you are at 5cp
If Fan the Hammer is active then your highest priority generator is Pistol Shot, unless Audacity is already active, but during Shadow Dance and Subterfuge you would only press Pistol Shot at 6 Fan the Hammer stacks unless you use the Count the Odds talent, which doesn't press Pistol Shot at all during Dance/Subterfuge
You are sitting on Shadow Dance and Vanish a lot, especially Dance
You should use Vanish into Ambush at any point Audacity is not active and you have 3 or less Fan the Hammer stacks
Similarly you should use Dance if Audacity is not active and you are at 0 Fan the Hammer stacks
this means you would pretty much never press sinister strike unless both vanish and dance are on cooldown
example on pull you immediately hit the condition to use vanish here
That first sinister strike was also while Subterfuge was active
So it should have been an Ambush
Overall these things should contribute to significantly more Ambush casts
36 Ambushes in 5 minutes is like less than half the expected value
This build wants to press Ambush as much as possible and use Fan the Hammer as much as possible to keep proccing Ambush
You also didnt use your Manic trinket until 43s into the encounter
You can press it as soon as the target is marked by Between the Eyes and Subtefuge is not active
15 between the eyes casts feels low, i feel like you are sitting on it
If you are talented into Greenskins then BtE is used on cooldown if you are at 6cp or 7cp
Not trying to hijack this review but this has been super insightful for my own logs. I appreciate you taking the time and doing this.
