oh damn, i wanted to look at your log.
But everything did sound Spanish to me
you usually want to either storm or gb before rupture (unless you are on max cp from strike)
it is a slight gain to vanish-strike after secret
vanish with DM is fairly weak, and hence using it in dance for bonus damage and cp is good
you did delay secret quite a bit here
you used your trinket a bit late, maybe in the opener?

there is no reason to delay secret in dance unless cold blood comes up very soon
you have a lot of downtime
so basically:
- try to use secret earlier (2nd finisher) if possible
- consider optimizing vanish casts (after secret in dance)
- maybe start using your trinkets earlier
- try to minimize downtime, terros allows close to 100% uptime

you will need to consider your gear levels
it is usually easier to get high parses in noermal/heroic because people stop caring once they go mythic
but for mythic parses you always compete with the best equipped people with good killtimes
this is why i hate it if people care so much about their parse
even if they lack gear
parses are not a direct showcase of your skill
too many impact factors
is your raid fast enough to not play intermission phases?
are you allowed to mindlessly pad on trivial adds?
do you get externals?
do you have wft?

there is no reason to worry about things you can't change
and for the rest
if your raid has inefficient pull strategies - talk with your tanks/raid lead
if your gear lacks - mythic plus still is rly good to get gear, maybe crafting too for slots you are unlucky with
if you don't have tier, catalyst opens soon
what you can do is do the best for your situation, and put in as much effort as you feel is valuable
