hm there are not many immediate errors

sometimes you press sinister strike when fan the hammer is active

#

this build consumes fan the hammer asap if audacity is not active and you are below 6cp

#

i think your rotation is sound enough that most issues have to do with uptime

yeah outlaw will likely trend to as little haste as possible for aoe

can use it at 70-80 energy or so but like 50-60 during ADR

but this threshold gets higher with increasing targets

so like dathea platform you are free to slam BR regardless of energy
