so you are on 4 cp at the minimum

and secret was used fairly late

so the 3 things you can do to easy improve are:
#1 try to stick to the boss, the hitbox is big enough and if you struggle the #subtlety-faq has a weakaura that shows you when you move out of attack range.
#2 learn the dance sequence, it is fairly easy and once learned should give you more consistent output
#3 try to use tea mainly for energy but during dance when close to capping on stacks
