I went against the dummy in pvp place in valdrak and I was barely getting 25k with perfect rotation

you need to use dance and vanish when you dont have procs, vanish is prio
- so vanish with no auda procs and less than max opp stacks
- dance with vanish isnt ready and you have no opp proc and no auda proc
you also need to actually use br
so under 70/80 energy is when you should use

well ur not using vanish or dance at all

ur ssing whenever u run out of procs instead of using ur recoup tools
you should be vanish > ambushing when you end up with no audacity proc and 3 or less fth charges
and dancing whenever you have no charges at all
or no procs at all i should say

and u never vanish once
when you could have vanished 2-3 times during this video to keep the loop going (due to cdr)
ur running BR which is probably worse then ghostly for ST and i also dont see kspree so i assume this is the m+ aoe HO build, not a ST build which also reduces ur ST

the big thing for outlaw is, its a consitency spec
you wont do well just doing ok at the rotation for most of the fight. you cant really get away with constant mistakes, even small ones, in your "filler" rotation
because its not a CD window spec
ur damage is made by consitently doing the rotation correct the entire time
and anytime ur messing up ur wasting big damage procs or losing CDR
like i said, not casting vanish once in that vod probably led to doubling ur total SS casts because if you had used it properly you would have been able to vanish 2-3 times alone
